Registration

While participation to the conference is free of charge, attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation.

Attendees are required to register for the conference no later than 31 May 2025 and preferably as early as possible.

To register, simply send an email to Gaetan Bisson and state your arrival date, time and flight number.

Scam Warning

Since there is no registration fee and participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation, conference officials will never ask anyone to pay for anything by phone, online or even on site.
